Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our warehouses are located throughout the US. For domestic orders in the United States, delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time we primarily ship to US customers. If you're in another country and are interested in some of our products, email or call us and we will do our best to work something out.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you'd want and click the 'Add To Cart' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

Q: Does Romans Xii Survival provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Most Definitely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately. We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed.

Q: Can open pepper spray packages get returned?

A: Unfortunately, no. We can not accept open pepper spray packages as we don't know if it has been used and we can not resell that item.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Yes. We offer a full refund on unopened product within 30 days of the order. If you don't let us know within 30 days, we will assume everything is as described. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the item received is damaged. If you have any additional questions that have not been addressed in our FAQ.
