A: Our warehouses are located throughout the US. For domestic orders in the United States, delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we primarily ship to US customers. If you're in another country and are interested in some of our products, email or call us and we will do our best to work something out.

Q: Can open pepper spray packages get returned?
A: Unfortunately, no. We can not accept open pepper spray packages as we don't know if it has been used and we can not resell that item.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Yes. We offer a full refund on unopened product within 30 days of the order. If you don't let us know within 30 days, we will assume everything is as described.
